The owner/operator of the Forest Hill Paris La Villette Hotels acquired the hotel's real estate financed through a financial lease, from Caisse des Depots, for 24.9 M€. Built in 1990, this hotel building operated by Forest Hill is located in Paris 19, close to the Cité des Sciences. The Hotel, 3-star rated, offers 259 bedrooms, meeting facilities and a Hippopotamus restaurant. This acquisition was backed up by Natiocreditbail and Cicobail. The transaction was made by Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, appointed by AEW Europe. The seller was advised by Me Hubert Wargny and the buyer by Me Harold Vachon.
