AEW Europe has sold the Citea (Pierre & Vacances - Lamy) Paris La Villette apart'hotel on behalf of its client Caisse des Depots et Consignations. The transaction amounts to 7.9 M€. The buyer is I Selection (Caisse d'Epargne Group), real estate property specialist. Located in Paris 19, close to the Cité des Sciences, the residence, 3-star rated, offers 71 apartments and 2 meeting rooms. This second transaction closes the sale of the building built in 1990 shared with the Forest Hill Paris La Villette Hotel which was sold in July for 24.9 M€. This transaction was made by Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, appointed by AEW Europe and the Caisse des Depots et Consignations. The seller was advised by Me Wargny and the buyer by Me Luciani.
