Hotelplan Group to sell its “Riviera Beach Club” to Belambra

The Hotelplan group is to sell its "Riviera Beach Club" to Belambra, France's number 1 operator of vacation resorts. The sale of the 3-star club facility on the French Côte d'Azur will be formally concluded on 31 October 2011.

Hotelplan, advised by Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, is selling its last hotel and thus concluding the strategic step of disposing of the ‘Horizonte' group,". Under current plans, the "Riviera Beach Club" will remain in the Hotelplan Suisse portfolio, and will be offered under the Hotelplan brand's Autoplan product line.

"This acquisition fits excellently into the further development of the 57 vacation resorts we operate in France. We have always put a firm focus on providing special destinations in exceptional locations for our guests from France and elsewhere in Europe," says Olivier Colcombet, President of Belambra. 

The "Riviera Beach Club" is located on the Giens Peninsula near the town of Hyères, at the western end of the Côte d'Azur between Toulon and Saint-Tropez. The 3-star resort is sited directly on the beach, is surrounded by an eight-hectare pine forest and offers 148 accommodation units. Further guest facilities include two restaurants (one on the beach), seminar rooms, a pool and a wide range of sports and leisure options and amenities.

Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels sells 4 Ibis hotels on behalf of Fonciere des Murs

Foncière des Murs, the hotel owner group with a portfolio of 200 hotels and a longstanding partnership with Group Accor, has finalised the sale of four economy hotels. The hotels, which total 519 rooms, were sold to private investors for a combined total of €24 million. Jones Lang LaSalle advised Fonciere des Murs.

 

Situated in prime downtown locations in Lille, Nantes, Montpellier and Courbevoie, they are operated under the Ibis & Etap hotel brands, with 12-year firm leases and rent indexed on the hotel revenues. The sale of these four hotels, with values close to the balance sheet value, shows the liquidity of the hotels in the Foncière des Murs assets portfolio.

AEW Europe closes the sale of the Citea Paris La Villette apart'hotel

AEW Europe has sold the Citea (Pierre & Vacances - Lamy) Paris La Villette apart'hotel on behalf of its client Caisse des Depots et Consignations. The transaction amounts to 7.9 M€. The buyer is I Selection (Caisse d'Epargne Group), real estate property specialist.

Located in Paris 19, close to the Cité des Sciences, the residence, 3-star rated, offers 71 apartments and 2 meeting rooms.

This second transaction closes the sale of the building built in 1990 shared with the Forest Hill Paris La Villette Hotel which was sold in July for 24.9 M€.

This transaction was made by Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, appointed by AEW Europe and the Caisse des Depots et Consignations. The seller was advised by Me Wargny and the buyer by Me Luciani.

Forest Hill Paris La Villette Hotel sells for 24.9 M€

The owner/operator of the Forest Hill Paris La Villette Hotels acquired the hotel's real estate financed through a financial lease, from Caisse des Depots, for 24.9 M€. Built in 1990, this hotel building operated by Forest Hill is located in Paris 19, close to the Cité des Sciences. The Hotel, 3-star rated, offers 259 bedrooms, meeting facilities and a Hippopotamus restaurant.

This acquisition was backed up by Natiocreditbail and Cicobail. The transaction was made by Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, appointed by AEW Europe. The seller was advised by Me Hubert Wargny and the buyer by Me Harold Vachon.

Seilh (31) : Compagnie La Lucette sells its golf hotel

Compagnie La Lucette sold the Seilh Pierre et Vacances golf hotel, located next to the Toulouse Airport, to CAAM Real Estate. This resort comprises two 18-hole golf courses, a 116-room hotel and a 56-apartment residence. The whole is let to Pierre et Vacances. This sale closes at 19.4 M€.
